When we heard the news of your diagnosis, we wanted to run and find you.  We wanted to embrace you with the energy and love of every embrace you ever gave us.

To know someone as good, kind, loving and beautiful as you could possibly be going through something so challenging is an unfathomable-

juxtaposition in our comprehension of what is fair.

But, like a boat against the current, we move on. Past the world’s dealings of misfortune and pain, and toward a destiny of legacy of greatness, grace, strength and love.

The love you’ve given will come back to you and comfort you like a blanket in this time of pain– and you deserve every ounce of comfort because it is a reflection of the beauty you have given those around you.

Without ever asking, or expecting anything in return for it, let the love you’ve selflessly given now stream directly back to you and hold you tight.
